Pradeep Bhatia has trained Katrina Kaif while she was shooting for Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and Rajneeti. He revealed that Katrina's fitness workout is for an hour done 3 days in a week and said that due to her packed schedule, she couldn't spare time for her workout. But her pure dedication towards fitness was proved when she called him mid-night once to workout.No matter what the actress sports on the big screen, when it comes to her personal life she has some set rules regarding her looks and dresses. She might wear bold outfits on the screen but is most comfortable in not so revealing and comfi clothings when at home. And the one thing she hates is make up.

Kaif's fitness regime includes ab and core exercises like iso-planks, gymming, swimming and jogging. She even does yoga for mental piece.
